Terms and Conditions:

§ 1

Organizer of this competition is the DM Digitalmusician GmbH, Oldenfelderstrasse 26, 11111 Hamburg.

§ 2

The participation is free and independent of the acquisition of goods or services. By entering the Contest the user accepts these terms and conditions.

§ 3

This competition is open to all registered users of the DMN community who are at least 18 years old. Employees of DM Digitalmusician GmbH and others, in the design and implementation of this competition involved persons, are excluded from participating in this competition.

§ 4

Only one guitar solo per registered user should be uploaded andcan participate in this competition.

§ 5

Only one single prize, a Guitar Rig 4.0 Pro * made by Native Instruments will be give away.

§ 6

DM Digitalmusician GmbH will not be held responsible for any technical malfunctions, Failures of the  network, servers, routers, Internet connections, or computers.

§ 7

The winners price will be send by parcel service (standard shipping) to the address registered in DM Digitalmusician GmbH. If abroad all custom clearing formalities must be handled by the receiver. Optionally the winner may send a different delivery address via email to support@digitalmusician.de. A cash payment  or exchange of the prize is not possible. The prize is not  transferable.

§ 8

All  uploaded Guitar solos are used only for the purpose of this competition and not disclosed to any third parties. All copyrights to the solos and arrangements are not affected with the participation and still belong exclusively to the original owners.

§ 9

The final winner will be notified in writing by email. However, does the winner not respond within 3 months after receiving his notification the prize will be lost without any compensation.

§ 10

The winner in the Contest agrees that his / her solo will be made audible as a "winner     rock solo" on the website of DM Digitalmusician to all registered users of Digitalmusician over a period of at least 6 months and his / her name and / or pseudonym will be mentioned.

§ 11

DM Digitalmusician GmbH reserves the right to cancel the Contest at any time or modify it.

§ 12

Severability clause
If any provision of these terms and conditions are ineffective or a gap there, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In place of the ineffective or missing provision shall be a provision that the purpose of the contract and the statutory provisions is closest.

§ 13

This Contest is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The decision is final. Place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Hamburg, Germany.
